To make this craft project you will need colored paper, scissors, tacky glue, and lots of q-tips. To begin cut out a large and wide letter Q shape using your scissors from a colored piece of paper. Now cover your letter Q with tacky glue and Q-tips. Let dry. Enjoy Crafting!
