Craft : Transparent Kites

Kites that you can see through.

Craft Project Directions:
To create a transparent kite, cut out a kite frame, using the patterns provided, from a heavier weight piece of paper. Next take colored cellophane and cut pieces to fit between the frame and attach them to the frame structure to create a beautiful transparent kite.
