: Ghostly Ghost Pencils
 Craft Project Directions: To make these ghostly creations, you will need a pencil, a couple pieces of tissue paper, and a small section of pipe cleaner. First take one piece of tissue paper and make it into a ball. Tape the ball over the eraser of the pencil and then drape another tissue over the ball to create your ghost. Fasten the tissue you draped over the pencil in place with a piece of pipe cleaner and then add a ghostly face!
