: Nifty Napkin Rings
 Craft Project Directions: To make napkin rings you will need a piece of cradboard or a heavier weight paper, colorful ribbon, a hole puncher, scissors, crayons, and other materials to decorate your napkin rings. First take your cardboard or heavier weight paper and cut it into a long strip about 2 inches wide and 5 or 6 inches long. Next decorate the outside - add pretty colors, designs, glitter, holiday symbols - whatever you choose. Let it dry. Next take your hole puncher and punch a hole in the center of each end of the strip about 1/2 inch from the end. Now roll the paper strip into a ring and tie with a colorful ribbon. A great decoration for any table or event!
