Transform a paper tube into an silly clown finger puppet.
Craft Project Directions: To make a Clown Finger Puppet, you will need colored construction paper, tissue paper, scissors, tape, glue, and markers or crayons. Cut a wide strip of paper (use the color you wish your puppet to be), roll it so its diameter is large enough so you can slip it over your finger, and then tape it to make a paper tube.
