Craft : Angelic Paper Puppets
Transform your paper bag into an angel which soars above in the heavens!
Craft Project Directions: To make this craft project you will need a paper bag, white paper, colored construction paper, glue, scissors, and crayons or markers. To begin, using the templates cut out angelic wings and body from your white paper. Consider using a paper doilie if you want a fancier look. Next decide what color hair you would like your angel to have and cut out a small rectangle the size of the bottom of the bag- then cut out a face shape from the rectangle to create your angel's face.. Now cut out a halo for your angel from the colored construction paper. Next fringe the hair you cut out by cutting into it making long vertical cuts. Curl the paper strips using your scissors or a pencil. Now you are ready to assemble your angel puppet. Take your paper bag and flip it over so the bottom of the bag is facing up. This will be the face of your angel. Glue on the wings, body, halo and hair. Let the pieces dry and then decorate your angel's face with crayons and markers. Now you should have a beautiful angel puppet! Enjoy Crafting!
