Make a simple swirling ghost from a paper plate and streamers
Craft Project Directions: To make this craft project you will need a white paper plate, colored construction paper, crayons or markers, scissors, white streamers, a piece of ribbon, and glue. To begin take your white paper plate and create a ghostly face on it with your crayons, markers, or pieces of colored construction paper and glue. Next take your scissors and cut many lengths of white streamers. Attach the streamers to the bottom edges of the paper plate with glue to create a spooky, ghostly decoration. Add a piece of ribbon to the top if you wish to hang it up. Enjoy Crafting!
