 Craft Project Directions: To make these crowns you will need a coat wire hanger wire, green crepe paper, and many 2 inch long plastic or paper leaves. To begin bend the wire into a circle leaving about a two inch opening. Next take your crepe paper and begin winding it around the wire, inserting the leaves as you wrap the length of the wire.
