Craft Project Directions: To make this craft project you will need cotton swabs, white paper (or a colored paper of your choice), a plastic paint tray, and some tempera paints. To begin, squirt your paints into your paint tray. Sketch your picture onto the paper lightly in pencil if you want or create a picture freehand. Now dip your cotton swabs in the paint and start creating a picture using only dots. Use a different swab for each color and vary the size of the dots if you want. Enjoy Crafting!
