 Craft Project Directions: To create a flag, cut a flag shape out of doubled tissue paper if you want your flag to droop or construction paper if you want it to stay upright. Cut out stars and stripes and other emblematic shapes using the templates provided and attach them to the flag you have chosen. Next take a wooden dowel and attach the flag to it by rolling it around the dowel so the wood is completely covered.
