 Craft Project Directions: Take a pipe cleaner and trim it to fit your wrist. Next cut out paper hearts of different colors to form your heart bracelet. Thread the pipe cleaner through the hearts (poking it in and out of them) to weave yourself a heat bracelet. Decorate it using materials from your ibc toolbox.
