 Craft Project Directions: To make a croquet set you need to create two things: mallets to play with and hoops for the game. To create the mallets take yardsticks or tape together end-to-end a large number of craft sticks. Next take stiff sponges and secure them to the end of the sticks with the wide part sticking out to the side. Use elastic bands to secure them in place. Next you need to make your hoops. To make the hoops you will need craft sticks and either corrugated cardboard or a heavier weight paper. Take the cardboard or paper and cut long strips. Attach the ends to the craft sticks and insert the craft sticks into the ground. Now you are ready to play- you just need to find a ball!
