 Craft Project Directions: To make this strummer all you need is a ruler, a pencil, and an elastic band. Stretch the rubber band lengthwise along the ruler and center it. Secure a pencil through the rubber band at one of the ends horizontal to the ruler. Now just pluck away on the rubber band!
