Mirror, Mirror on the Wall... What is the best free AOL CD craft of them all ? Perhaps this hand-held Magical mirror!
Craft Project Directions:
To make this craft project you will need two free AOL CDs, tin foil, scissors, several colored pipe cleaners, a piece of construction paper, tape, glue, and two craft sticks.To begin take your AOL cds and stack one over the other that the holes are covered and you ahve created a large oval. Secure them together with tape. This will form the core of your mirror. Cover any part of the discs that is not reflective with a tiny piece of tin foil to give the mirror a uniform look.Next cut out a wavy rectangular shape that is slightly larger than the AOL discs that you just shaped together. Cover it with tin foil and attach the CDs on top of it. This is the back of your mirror.Next take two craft sticks and tape them together end to end to create a mirror handle. Attach this to the bakc of the back of the mirror.Now create the mirror's frame. Take long strips of tin foil and roll them into strings. Weave these around the edges of the mirror, attaching them in places with tape. Next interweave colored pipe cleaners with the tin foil strings to add color and a striking constrast.When you are finished take a look in your magical mirror!Enjoy Crafting!
