Create all sorts of adventure with this Mad Scientist Puppet! Have hours of Fun!
Craft Project Directions:
To make this craft project you will need a paper bag (lunch size), scissors, glue, tape, colored construction paper, and crayons. You could also use additional materials to decorate your Mad Scientist paper bag puppet if you wish.
To begin, you will create your Mad Scientist's face on the paper bag's bottom and his body on the back side of the paper bag.
To begin, cut out a white lab coat from white paper which is the width of the paper bag. You can trace the bag on top of the paper to get the width right. Add a pocket with a snake or something else peering out of it with crayon.
Next trace your finger on the white paper and cut them out. Tape or glue them all over the top of the bottom of the bag to create some wild looking hair.
Next cut out basic black square glasses from your construction paper. Use the picture as a guide.
Now cut out a lighting bolt and a beaker for your Mad Scientist to carry. Or you could place something else in his arm. You decide- use your imagination.
Assemble all the pieces you cut out on the paper bag. Glue or tape them in place using the picture as a guide.
Decorate your Mad Scientist further with crayons and other materials. Add expression to his eyes, a fantastic mouth, and more! Add hands and arms to the sides of the bag if you wish. Just use your own imagination!
