Micmac

The Micmac lived in the Northeast, in parts of Nova Scotia, Maine, and New Brunswick. They were part of the Wabanaki Confederacy with the Penobscot, Maliseet, and Passamaquoddy. They fished and hunted seals, moose, caribou, and elk. They lived in wigwams and built birch bark canoes.
