Chickasaw

The Chickasaw lived in parts of Mississippi, and were once one tribe with the Choctaw. They were hunters, farmers and built round houses. They wore deerskin and bearskin clothing, and were skilled potters. One of their great leaders was Chief Tishomingo. With the Indian Removal Act of 1830, they were forced to move west of the Mississippi.
