Incas ![]() The Incas were a South American people who ruled the largest empire in pre-Columbian America. The Inca Empire lay along the western coast of South America included parts of what is today colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina. The Inca Empire was conquered by Spanish forces around 1532. The main crops of the Inca were corn, cotton, potatoes, oca, and quinoa.
